Your Property Mate exists because I kept getting the same questions from investors who wanted straight answers — not courses, not coaching programs, not someone selling a dream.
I'm Michael Lin, a Brisbane-based property developer. I operate under Chatham Projects, and to date we've completed 38 projects with 25+ more in the pipeline — primarily located in Queensland, developed remotely from our Brisbane base.
The whole point of Your Property Mate is simple: if you want to understand whether a particular strategy is right for you — and what a realistic path might look like — I'd rather sit down and tell you what I know than sell you a 12-week program.
