We spend time understanding your current property portfolio, your financial situation (at a high level), your goals, risk appetite, and timeline. Nothing is scripted — it's a genuine discovery conversation so we can give you relevant advice, not generic suggestions.

Strategy & Recommendations

Based on what we learn in Session 1, we come back with an honest assessment of what strategies may be worth exploring — including specific pathways, risks to consider, and what we'd be thinking about if it were our own money.

Check-In the Week After

A free 30-minute call roughly one week after Session 2. A chance to ask any follow-up questions that came up after you've had time to digest the recommendations and talk to your advisers.

For the Strategic Property Review, we'll send a brief prep form before Session 1 covering your current holdings, rough financial position, and goals. It helps us make the most of the time together rather than spending the session gathering basics.

Session 1 — Discovery

All sessions are via video call. For the Intro, this is your 30 minutes — bring your questions, site, or deal and we'll work through it. For the Strategic Review, Session 1 is a 90-minute deep dive into your situation. No templates, no slides — just a real conversation about where you're at and where you want to go.

Session 2 — Strategy (Strategic Review only)

A few days after Session 1, we reconvene for the strategy session. We come back having considered everything discussed and share what we think may be worth exploring — honest assessments of viability, risk factors, and potential pathways specific to your situation.

Written summary + follow-up call (Strategic Review only)

After Session 2 we send a written summary of key discussion points and strategy suggestions. Then, roughly one week later, you get a complimentary 30-minute follow-up call — a chance to ask any questions that came up once you've had time to sit with the recommendations and speak to your advisers.

Your Property Mate exists because I kept getting the same questions from investors who wanted straight answers — not courses, not coaching programs, not someone selling a dream.

I'm Michael Lin, a Brisbane-based property developer. I operate under Chatham Projects, and to date we've completed 38 projects with 25+ more in the pipeline — primarily located in Queensland, developed remotely from our Brisbane base.

The whole point of Your Property Mate is simple: if you want to understand whether a particular strategy is right for you — and what a realistic path might look like — I'd rather sit down and tell you what I know than sell you a 12-week program.
