Within 1 business dayFor the Strategic Property Review, we'll send a brief prep form before Session 1 covering your current holdings, rough financial position, and goals. It helps us make the most of the time together rather than spending the session gathering basics.

For the Strategic Review, Session 1 is a 90-minute deep dive into your situation. No templates, no slides — just a real conversation about where you're at and where you want to go.
30 min (Intro) or 90 min (Strategic)A few days after Session 1, we reconvene for the strategy session. We come back having considered everything discussed and share what we think may be worth exploring — honest assessments of viability, risk factors, and potential pathways specific to your situation.
90 min · Strategic Review onlyAfter Session 2 we send a written summary of key discussion points and strategy suggestions. Then, roughly one week later, you get a complimentary 30-minute follow-up call — a chance to ask any questions that came up once you've had time to sit with the recommendations and speak to your advisers.

I'm Michael Lin, a Brisbane-based property developer. I operate under Chatham Projects, and to date we've completed 38 projects with 25+ more in the pipeline — primarily located in Queensland, developed remotely from our Brisbane base.
The whole point of Your Property Mate is simple: if you want to understand whether a particular strategy is right for you — and what a realistic path might look like — I'd rather sit down and tell you what I know than sell you a 12-week program.
